This coil is the replacement coil for the stock Lucas coil and looks like the original coils,
but designed for the newer ignition systems.
If you are running an electronic ingition, like the
Boyer, and are not concerned with keeping
the stock look of your Commando, you may want to consider the
single, 12 volt, dual lead 5 ohm Dyna coil
(part # 51-100002,

which will produce a better spark than the two 6 volt coils.
